Return Policy

Your original sales receipt is required for all returns and warranty service.

All returns must be in original condition and include all accessories.
Carpet Care Pro Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.

14-Day Return Period
We accept returns 14 days from the original purchase date considering it's in the original condition you received it in. Customer is responsible for shipping and credit card processing fees.

Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be charged unless defective.

Refund Method
Debit or check purchases will be refunded in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of return. When sending an item back to us, please allow 14 to 21 days for processing.

Reminder:
- Include all original packing materials and accessories.
- Provide a sales receipt, name, address, telephone number, and reason for the return.
- Use the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible.
